Account Director

Our Account Directors are inspiring, experienced and hugely effective operators. They know what it takes to win new business, develop commercially minded campaign strategies and deliver award-winning programmes.

And we are looking for another to join our team.

If you have a minimum of five years’ PR agency experience, with strong FMCG brands and specialisms which could include (but not be exclusive to) food, drink, travel and lifestyle – then read on.

Account Manager

If you’ve got a passion for big brands, food & drink and leisure and lifetsyle, then this one is for you.

We’re looking for experienced PR account managers to come in and hit the ground running. You will be supporting across the whole of our portfolio from the FMCG household names to the smaller, entrepreneurial brands.

We’re a tenacious, sparkly, smart and friendly team – who put people and fostering relationships at the heart of what we do; whether that’s with each other, clients, media or influencers. We adopt a collaborative approach to working – an extension of our clients’ teams – and as our account manager you will be central to this.

A bit more about the role… you’ll be busy but never bored, have a strategic attitude to media outreach and your ideas and suggestions will be listened to. We’ll work with you to win the brands you love, reward you the commercial opportunities you bring to the table and work with you to shape the career and future you want with us.

Head of Business Development

You will be the first port of call for all new business enquiries as well as leading on all new business activity, growing our portfolio with brilliant brands across both our FMCG and Leisure and Lifestyle divisions. You will be tenacious, spirited and confident and have experience and evidence-based success in business development in a similar setting.

You will be based in Truro or Bristol [once we are able to get back into our beautiful office spaces], and there will be trips to London too.  Our Wild West business is very proud to have achieved B Corp certification and our Wild Card business is currently in the assessment process.  As a triple bottom line business, we balance people, profit and planet across everything we do, shaped by our team and their talent.
